INTRODUCTORY ESSAY.
Miriam Reyna’s life.
This essay is about my life. It gives general information about me such as my name, origin, occupation, personality, hobbies, likes and dislikes. Besides, it talks about the things that have changed my life such as working in a diferent country, studying the B. A. in ELT, also the experience that I had when I worked in the “START” program. It also explains my expectations for the future in short and long term.

My full name is Miriam Idaly Reyna Aguirre. I was born in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes on January 25th in 1984. Nowadays I am studying the B.A. in ELT (English Language Teaching) and I am not working at the moment. I am an outgoing person, friendly, confident, honest and loyal. I really enjoy listen to music. The music that I prefer is pop in English. My favorite singers are Madonna, Robbie Williams and Alejandra Guzman. I hate lies, I preffer honest people.

I consider three main points that have changed my life. The first one was an experience that I had when I was working in the USA because it helped me a lot to take my own decisions. The second experience that changed my life was studying the B. A. in ELT because of many reasons. The main reasons are that I am learning English and trying to learn how to be a good teacher. The third experience was working in the start program because it gave me the chance to give classes in an Elementary school and because it was a real experience about what teaching is.

Moreover, I have some expectations for the future. My future plans in 5 years are to finish my major, to continue teaching in any level, but for the moment I am interested in working in the “START” program again. I am also interested in improving my English in order to have the right tools to give an excellent class. My future plans are not clear yet because I think I will be discovering them as time goes by. The only thing that I want to do in 10 years is to continue teaching, maybe in an advanced level.
To conclude, I can say that these are the many things that I want to do in the future and I will not be satisfied until I can achieve all my future expectations. I have many incomplete dreams that I will get in the future. I consider that the most important thing is to try to learn about mistakes in order not to repeat them again.
